The WMT200 2515 model is a fully automated waterjet cutting system specially designed for the glass processing industry. Equipped with sensor detection technology, it automatically senses the presence of glass, while a roller-type conveyor system ensures smooth and stable transportation.
When the glass enters the cutting zone, the automatic positioning system precisely locks the cutting coordinates and immediately initiates the cutting process.
Upon completion, the positioning device lifts automatically, allowing the glass to move forward to the washing and air-blowing section.
The rear spray system efficiently rinses off abrasive residue produced during cutting, and the high-performance air-blowing device minimizes remaining water to prevent leftover abrasive from entering the subsequent glass cleaning stage.
The equipment features a classic integrated design that can seamlessly connect with edging machines, glass washers, and other deep-processing equipment.
Equipped with the WMT AV five-axis cutting head and WMT’s independently developed servo direct-drive pump, it delivers superior cutting precision and efficiency while excelling in energy conservation and intelligent control.
It significantly reduces production costs, boosts cutting productivity, and fully supports the upgrade of automated glass production lines.
